2022 Prestige 590 Fly

 

The new Prestige 590 yacht is breathtaking even from the docks- a true description of style and elegance. Although this new luxury yacht is not the largest in the Prestige fleet, its sleek lines and towering flybridge give the Prestige 590 a commanding presence. The mirrored glass doors between the cockpit and the salon are remarkably chic. Their brilliant finish beautifully accentuates the sophisticated exterior look of the yacht.

The cockpit itself is outstanding. It offers the most comfortable, flexible seating aboard a Prestige yacht. The Prestige 590 offers the additional option of an extended sofa-style seating arrangement that turns into a sundeck. The integrated sun awning is very useful.

 

Upon entering the salon of the Prestige 590 yacht,  there is a large amount of natural sunlight coming in all directions. It has been mentioned many times before that one of Prestige yachts' signature features is the ample windows. This Prestige 590 takes that concept to a whole other level. If a Jeanneau feels like a condo, this feels like the luxury penthouse. The massive windows allow for 360-degree views of the sea.

The galley aboard the new Prestige 590 yacht is perfect for someone who likes to cook but does not want to miss out on anything. This galley is located right at salon level, just past the aforementioned mirrored doors and in the middle of the action. To further enhance the feeling of togetherness, the salon/cockpit doors open up in a bay-window style that creates a bar area and leaves most of the galley open to the cockpit. This is such a great way to make sure all passengers and guests feel engaged.

Down below, the new Prestige 590 is just as stunning. The Prestige 590 features three private cabins: a Master stateroom, a VIP stateroom, and a Guest stateroom. Both the VIP and the Guest staterooms have adaptable beds that can go from two singles to a double, and each one offers plenty of sunlight and ventilation. Both the Master and Guest cabins offer walk-in closet spaces, as well. However, the posh Master Stateroom is the highlight of accommodations on the Prestige 590. It truly stands out for its level of comfort and luxurious details. For starters, it has a separate private entrance just off the galley. The Master cabin on the Prestige 590 yacht is a full-beam stateroom with full-beam private head. It features gorgeous ambient lighting, walk-in closet, massive windows, and my favorite: a backlit vanity desk. I always say it's the small things that matter!

 

Going back up to the main level and out to the cockpit of the Prestige 590 yacht, I climbed up the wide steps up to the flybridge to find what is basically a fabulous party deck. The space is extremely large and comfortable, with a surplus of cushiony seats and sunpads for every one of your yachting party guests. The layout is very adaptable and can be configured in a number of ways. The additional galley with integrated refrigerator and grill is an added bonus. Captains will be happy to find full engine controls in the pilot station.
